My hand could shatter if I do that haha. My wife tried to teach me yoga a few months ago and I ended up with a bruise in my cheek 🤣

Ok more context. My wife actually told me to NOT try that pose, but I wanted to be a cool raccoon and ended up being one, but not for the same reasons I'm afraid heh.

hahaha. well, my advice would be to never do a pose if anyone with a brain says not to. crow pose is not too bad, as long as you don't have anything else wrong with your arms/wrists/hands, and you don't wreck into a wall of knives...

This is one of the ones that I found most effective. Note: she has no wall of knives where she might fall. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SMq5aJCdz3k
