My hand could shatter if I do that haha. My wife tried to teach me yoga a few months ago and I ended up with a bruise in my cheek 🤣

yowza! that is def something to do with a trained professional. it kills me to see some of the stuff on youtube. some poses can be soooo dangerous for some people.
