Curious why the elliptical on Wednesday, feel like there wouldn’t be much gain on the cardiovascular side as your running 5 days a week which would stress it much more then the elliptical and if you took it out you would have fresher legs for your Thur-Sat runs allowing you to maybe push a little harder

Good question. I am currently rehabbing from ITBS so have been mixing in cross-training bc my running volume is lower relative to where I should be at this point in the training block. I’ll likely drop it when I get back to full volume
