The PizzaDAO proposal hasn't been approved. I wonder, what are the reasons for this? For three years, we've maintained a relationship in which two of the largest creative DAOs in the ecosystem have come together to bring the spirit of Web3 to people and their communities. Thanks to these celebrations, Nouns has gained global recognition. We've accomplished great things in all world , and the core idea behind this collaboration aligns directly with the principles we aim to uphold with Nouns as a public good. However, I believe it's becoming increasingly difficult to democratize this space if we focus solely on managing these communities as if they were companies, governed by shareholders. What about the creators? What about the enthusiasts? What about those of us who dare to think big, just like the Nouns presentation video encourages us to do?

It's disheartening to see powerful proposals held back by the purchasing power of a few. Unfortunately, it mirrors the same inequalities we face in the real world. So, do we truly want to create a space for everyone—one that embraces diversity and new ways of doing things? Or are we simply replicating the same old paradigms we live with every day in real life? After asking this question, I can't help but wonder—what happened to Nouns? What happened to the values of public goods and the mission of reaching new audiences through Web3? This is just a reflection, shared with a bit of sadness. I invite you to revisit and analyze the proposal—one of the most impactful not only for Nouns, but for the entire creative world within Web3.

I'm not very familiar with the rules for passing proposals. It seems the 133 quorum was reached and a majority of the votes were in support, so what stopped this from being successful?
