It's crazy how often people ignore the init code hash when they are playing around deploying v2. There are so many tokens locked up just because router can't compute the right pool address on removal.

Can't call mint on pool, as these are stuck at router. The init code hash in the uni library is used to compute address, and as the library is usually blindly copied the hash isn't relevant to the new deployment.
