Traveling allows you to relieve some of your mental and physical stress. Even if it's a business trip and you have to attend conferences for hours, you'll get to know a new country or city in return. Traveling can be stressful, especially if your trip involves sightseeing, learning different languages, or visiting a busy city. But travel stress is a positive stress, not like the stress you feel from work or everyday life. Reducing stress will always help your health. π₯β‘βοΈ
