Thomas Edison was an American inventor and genius who found a way to change the world with his inventions. He was one of the founding fathers of the electrical industry and was born in the United States in 1847. Thomas's teachers told him that he was too stupid to learn anything. But he was able to revolutionize the world by inventing the incandescent light bulb, the phonograph, the telephone, the cinema, and many other inventions. Despite numerous failures, Edison did not give up and became one of the most famous inventors in the world with hard work and perseverance. When Edison was asked about his failures, he said: "I did not fail. I just found a thousand ways that did not end in success."
