Without access to higher education—a common reality due to financial struggles—he, like many others, is funneled into jobs with little room for growth. Waitressing, barista work, and other low-paying service jobs are his present reality, keeping him locked in a cycle where the dreams of a better future slowly fade away. 2023 I South Africa
