been very lucky to have no injuries since I started running, but reducing mileage deliberately this week for the first time after feeling slight tightness in legs for a few days feels bad but important to stay healthy ⚡️

Take a break and never forget stretching it will help a lot u don't want to build tence muscles it will be very bad in the long run
