What are your favorite high protein snacks that aren’t beef jerky? Would love specific products/brands recs. Trying to up my protein intake and have a hard time getting over 90g/day on my protein shake + food routine today.

finally - my powerlifting background is helpful in web3! some faves: - nut protein bars (the min 10g protein ones) - chobani yoghurt (used to eat 2 a day) - swap white pasta, rice and bread for brown - cans of tuna (I ate flavoured ones on toast) - cottage cheese on rice cakes - baked beans - edamame

Greek yoghurt is typically high in protein, low in fat! Chobani is defo the best one 💯
