“alpha male” camps aren’t my thing personally, but it’s pretty mid to make fun of them it’s clear, at least to me, that the people who go are craving connection, the feeling of belonging, and are willing to step out of their comfort zone to explore and change something admirable at the very least

I feel like it’s the name. If they just called it boot camp or whatever I don’t think it would be so lame. Calling yourself an “Alpha Male” is just cringy IMO.
