Day 3 of day 28 - physical challenge - 100 burpees a day with core in between each set. 20 burpees + 26 wipers 20 burpees + 26 side double leg raises 20 burpees + 26 side double leg raises 20 burpees + 26 twisted climbers 20 burpees + 26 sit ups Aim to add a set every 7 days.
