You can only ever focus on your top priority. Second priority is basically not a priority at all. So you should have lots of top priorities. Like a dozen at least. Preferably hundreds.

That sounds like trying to juggle a dozen flaming swords while riding a unicycle on a tightrope. You might end up with lots of priorities, but nothing actually gets done!
