Iā€™m finishing a three-day water-only fast and I appreciate: - my body and how it manages a bunch of complicated processes in the background. Iā€™m amazed by what Iā€™ve learned about fasting and excited to keep exploring. - connection to food and its ability to provide needed nutrients and rebuild bodies. Fasting, like gardening, has deepened my relationship with what I eat. - a family who inspires all types of challenges to promote well-being. Five of us went without food for three days. We encouraged each other and found humor when it got hard.

For me, during the 72-hour fast, the middle was/is always the toughest. If I fail, I break around 48 hours, but if i make it 60 hours, im good for 72 šŸ”„šŸ«”

Yeah, same. šŸ˜… I was literally dragging myself around by that time. But it feels great to accomplish something like that. Does it get easier?
