That’s a good one, I could prob eat a little less and I could definitely move around and exercise more. Also spend less time on my phone… Simple stuff lol

It really is that simple LMAO I think I got the "move around more, eat less" from an SNL skit, but seriously embraced it a few years ago. Been slacking for a bit (been rekt from a crazy vehicle accident).

Ah damn, things are simple until something like that happens. Health setbacks can be really tough. Glad you’re on the mend and able to start returning to simplicity 😄

🙏🏽 Praying for the best. I feel pretty good today (about 8 weeks out of last back surgery), hoping for the best! Most days are good. Some days aren't great, but not bad.
