I think I got the "move around more, eat less" from an SNL skit, but seriously embraced it a few years ago. Been slacking for a bit (been rekt from a crazy vehicle accident).

That’s a good one, I could prob eat a little less and I could definitely move around and exercise more.

Also spend less time on my phone…

Lfg! That's awesome. I'm at the most I've ever been, ≈225. I'm 6'4, so not so bad but I'm getting old, and the pounds creep on easier. 

Do you run? I'm a big fan, and what I'll start with. Today even.
