Have fallen of the wagon :( long vacation, travelling, jet lag etc.. haven’t seen the inside of a gym since November! Trying really hard to motivate myself! Any pointers? How to find the grove back? Help 🥹

You just have to show up and stay consistent. Map out how many days you want to go to the gym and make it a priority. You ultimately have to hold yourself accountable. Consider some electrolytes to give you a little energy boost before your workout. I like Pure Encapsulations electrolyte energy mix. You got this 💪

Thanks Benjamin!! I know what you’re saying- it makes total sense. Just turning the thought into action is taking more effort than it should.. but it’s all just excuses. Just need to get started.
