Introducing Zora Creator Rewards on Rounds:

You can now set up rounds to reward @zora creators directly. When turned on, rewards from posts with links to zora mints will flow directly to the mint creator.

So does this mean that if someone shares one of my zora animations and it receives $degen, that I as the creator earn a portion of the tip?

Yes, if a round has zora creators enabled, you would receive 100% of the rewards of a submission has your zora link

Cool! I like that a lot, helps reward the original creator of art/content 

Might be interesting to perhaps allow the creator to establish a custom split to incentivize sharing of rewards for the sharing of their mints too 🤔

You can do this on MADNFT right now, when you create a collection you can add your creator royalty from the get go so all transactions of following NFTs will reward the original creator! Also there is an option to add a split to projects such as charities and causes or other creators on the platform 😊
