Your musts should be whatever you will eat the most of, or what your family will enjoy the most. For me its berries! They are perennial, easy to grow, kids love them and they are the most nutrient packed. Greens is another, they are versatile, nutrient packed and you can hide them in smoothies for picky eaters.

How easily do you think you can do them in containers? It's what I'm stuck with for now but open to trying!

Containers are an amazing way to grow! And even tho we grow in the ground we will grow some things in Containers. I have 20 +blueberries in the ground, but a special one in a pot that is thriving. Strawberries can grow in less than 4 onches of peat, and can grow in old gutters, dollar store pots or anything you can recycle or upcycle, ad long as they have great drainage
