Sure you can. Take a good public list of addresses, and make a zk proof you have one of the keys, not telling which one. SismoDAO had this in a generalized almost-gui level interface, but I don't know the current state of that project.

You're right, I meant it's technically possible, but may not be very easy to do. It was fairly easy with the old sismo.
