Is anyone working on an cows-swap-like intent-based L2 interconnecting layer? Not just transfers/payments, full intent based interconnection (i.e. I want to borrow USDC on chain X, and have ETH as collateral on chain Y, so solvers will compete for the best way to make it happen).

Not the same, but we’re looking to do this at the application level for Gravita. Use ETH on chain X as collateral to mint GRAI on chain Y

That would be really cool. Almost as cool as that ddETH thing...
