For me, it’s ramen.

I will travel out of my way for an  incredible bowl.

I had ~20 bowls on a recent trip to Japan, have likely eaten a few hundred bowls over the last 7 years, and have a ramen instagram for logging.

👀  do you have top picks from that trip?

going for the firs time in november:

tokyo > sendai > kanazawa > kobe > osaka > tokyo

i love soups in general and ramen is top tier
