During slow periods, I stay motivated by focusing on builder feedback rather than market conditions. Every time a user tells us how our Builder Score helped them get recognized or opened a door, it reinforces that we're solving a real problem. These small wins become fuel when the broader momentum isn't there.

My core conviction is that talent is distributed globally, but opportunity isn't. I deeply believe verified reputation will create more meritocratic access to opportunities than traditional resumes ever could. This isn't just a product we're building—it's a more fair system for recognizing builders anywhere in the world. That mission-driven purpose keeps me going even when progress feels incremental rather than exponential.
