no offense but kiwi news website feels more like a hobby project than an asymmetric wealth generator. I think there are some low-hanging fruits to make it better.

1. Better onboarding (now very buggy and connect/sign-up distinction confusing at first) 2. Making the website more useful to ppl without passes 3. Refresh the UI & visuals to communicate that u guys are serious & the site is well-maintained. This is all assuming that the PMF is there or will be achieved.
