disagree here. you can improve people's mood consistently (if they're good responders) with vitamins, supplements and other substances. why wouldn't you be able to do it with some device? and I'm saying that even though i have 15 yrs of meditation practice

Definitely. The mental state is downstream of many inputs — not only ingested chemicals, but light and sound as well My point was more: you can eke out 2% improvements using supplements or ultrasound headsets. But neither of these solve deeper rooted mental patterns Those require the scalpel of self-observation

With that, I can agree. Relaxation techniques help you relax, but they don't guarantee insights.
