Top consulting companies always boast they're "cutting-edge." But they - by definition - can't be.

That's because they mainly work with BigCorps. And BigCorps aren't interested in cutting-edge tech since it's not reliable enough.

this is true but cutting edge or not big corps will pay the consulting companies the big bucks regardless of whether they’re cutting edge
