What’s a web3 sector that took too long or hasn’t lived up to the hype? 

Enough so that you got disillusioned and moved on?

For me it’s tokenized real world assets.

For others, it’s self sovereign identity, DAO coordination, merchant payments, governance, scalability, etc

Creators' fungible tokens - DeSo etc. IMO NFTs are the way.

My bets are on Music NFTs & art NFTs. Art already happened I guess with early buyers of Beeple, Fidenza etc. seeing the price going 100X or sth.

Would love to be able to bet on bloggers/writers but haven't found Mirror's model too appealing.

Creator tokens / social tokens were neat. Wonder if they’ll take off eventually.

Agree that utility likely manifested through NFTs. 👍

Would still like to see early adopter fans get crazy upside/royalties for finding/bootstrapping an artist. Maybe through Music NFTs. 🤷‍♂️
