+1 for Bitwarden. In my opinion though ANY password manager is better than no password manager. They all relatively do the same thing with mostly UI differences. I just prefer Bitwarden because it's 3rd party audited, cheaper than 1Pass or LastPass, and I'm an open source maxi.

And is the UX good enough for non-tech people? Thinking about integrating a new password manager in a company I co-own but people there aren't too technical

For non-tech people I think 1Password might be easier to use, but Bitwarden isn't THAT hard to figure out. In my experience managing security at several startups, any type of friction you add to the security process exponentially decreases compliance. I typically just required any manager, and didn't pick for them.
