Prediction for today's debate and next steps: Trump will win by a huge margin, and we will see some of that reflected in the polls. And the longer this campaign will run, the bigger his advantage over Kamala will get.

I'm not American, so my perspective is biased as I won't feel all the consequences of a particular candidate winning. I hoped that Kamala would offer something more similar to Obama's program, but it looks like Biden v2, so I can't support that

it’s always insightful to hear perspectives from outside the states it does seem like many were expecting something different from kamala seems like you’ve got policies you’d like to see from the next administration?

I think the biggest us problem is high spending. it doesn't matter if you tax the rich or not - costs are so bloated that this extra revenue won't make any difference other than a political statement. this should be the priority #1

i do agree with you mac, high spending is a major concern reducing bloat would seem tough though, especially with so many vested interests is there anywhere the government could make the most impact in cutting costs without hurting essential services?
