The market doesn’t seem to accept OP is Base’s token. When Jesse was on Bloomberg recently, even Mike Novogratz asked multiple times when Base will launch a token.

Are people just cynical about the relationship between Base <> Optimism? 

What am I missing?

Most people I know think that Base will launch their token in 2-3 yrs. Wdyt?

The securities / regulation hurdles and risk are just waaay to high.

They already have a token (stock) lol. They don’t need the capital. They have an advantage over so many protocols and exchanges. Base users can be rewarded so many ways imo

What if Trump wins and they change the approach? 🤔
