I try to remind myself that consistency is key and that at first glance, might not seem like it's doing much but after some time I'll see that it has been.

I feel exactly the same. I'm trying to be consistent and be myself but growth has been painfully slow. Sometimes I can't tell if my content isn't *that* interesting or is just that is not visible enough.
