Alcohol is the worst for sleep. It effects the REM sleep so you don’t get good sleep with it. You just get stage 1 sleep. A night cap is myth. Cannabis is the same. If you ain’t dreaming, you ain’t getting good sleep!

Go to your local dispensary. Get CBN gum, edible, or vape cartridge. You can thank me later. I just take two puffs of the CBN cartridge and sleep so well. It’s CbD so it doesnt get you high. CBN is a form of CBD.

My ‘21 mini electric doesn’t have a camera. It doesn’t have that many technical things in it like a Tesla. It does have the tracking feature. I am more concerned with the data the electric charging station collects about my charge.

You have a lot of great points. You also have done your research. I have a different view and see things different… and you know what that’s ok. We do agree that the middle man may be taking a bigger cut then they should be. Also I have no idea how things are in your country. I just know here and Turquia. (i am Turkish). I quit x, Facebook, and all social media because it was just taking up too much time for things… at the end won’t improve the quality of my life and decreasing my mental state. I thank you for bringing up views different than mine and when i see things that are of this topic, I will include your perspective on everything when I make decisions on what to believe and not believe. I am just going to leave this topic and conversation on what’s said.

In the USA, the inflation is blamed on the government inefficiencies and the crazy unheard of spending by the government for the least four years… including the shitload of money we gave to Ukraine. In essence, we don’t blame Ukraine for the inflation. It’s our crazy government spending.

Whenever there is a study or research done… it is always important on who funds the research. The research saying this big pharma drug is the best… funded by big pharma is the truth. 95% of these studies never disagree. In this case, the nonprofit group funded by the government says they did the research… the private market is the problem and not the government and their policies. 🤔😂😜 Would be interested if they ever pointed to the government as being the problem? 🤷‍♂️

Japans nuclear plant built in 1972. Chernobyl built in 1983. Four questions to ask AI: when was nuclear plant 1 built. When was nuclear plant 2 built. What was the most recent one built (GA 2023) and then what is different between the new and old systems. I feel better after I saw the responses.
