Arcana was going to be my second rec! Love that spot. Agreed main downside is it’s very loud. Also can be hard to find seating. Page is a good one too!

I’ll go first: Anina is my fav spot for first dates. Good drinks, fun vibe and has an outdoors area. Volume and crowds are reasonable so I’ve found it easy to get comfortable and have a good conversation.

In what world could alcohol have literally no upside? It’s a fun social lubricant and relaxing activity! Having a few glasses of wine with friends isn’t going to give you cancer and organ failure.

Was thinking the same this morning. But better this than drought and fire right? Also, growing up here (1990s and 2000s), it always used to be like this! It’s just that the last few years has been freakishly dry.
