Drinkers on Farcaster, any hangover remedies/cures you swear by?

so hangover is actually pretty well understood physiological process

ignore literally all the bullshit anyone tells you except one thing and one thing only

for every drink of alcohol you take while drinking, chase it with a full glass of water

hangover happens because of dehydration

but better to give up alcohol

I cheat with HFCS & salt with my water as well.

I just happen to fall back on drinks like gatorade, relatively cheap & simple. WHO hydration formula is 2.6 g sodium chloride, 2.9 g trisodium citrate dihydrate, 1.5 g potassium chloride, and 13.5 g anhydrous glucose, all dissolved in 1 L of clean water

err gatorade does a dextrose-sucrose mix. powerade's the one with HFCS.

I said it treats hangovers, I didn't mention the tradeoffs. 

though I do wonder if mixing with green tea and red wine would change anything.
