dear ethereum community, some of the posts I’m seeing on X right now make this ecosystem look extremely lame and a carbon copy of how it was treated by BTC maxis attention is still the greatest cryptocurrency but you’re garnering all the wrong types of it you’re bigger than a salty bagholder

I still think 90% of Eth core devs and builders and holders do not ever post on CT. It's crazy how much of an amplifier Twitter (and social in general) is for the memes of a minority

there’s a growing disparity between devs, $ETH holders and ETH L1/L2 USERS. it must all be one. many protocol builders don’t use apps, many holders don’t ever go onchain, and many people who go onchain have no contact to the aforementioned two

agreed, many times this boils over in community forums instead of town square. otoh, ethereum grapples w/ longtail rewards to keep user feedback constantly growing (b/c needs scaling & aligned holders). virtuous cycles between these 3 are not impossible, but will not be likely at current rollup scale.
