what I appreciate most about /farcaster is how much "seasoning" has been thrown on the network. well, seasoning might be the wrong word. year after year, a lot of users just think they're thoughtful commentators. then, their experience starts to mutate into more proofs of concept and more attempts at educating & coaching further cohorts. who cares if it's bumpy with bots? there's critical mass, we're growing, and the ways in which the network actualizes us are unexhausted. we're in the right place, now we just have to make it inviting.

every social media platform ends up encountering the ebb and flow of new users and established cultural norms, their erosion and community reaction as an immune function, then endemic infusion of new norms and capitulation to the mean. same as it ever was. same as it ever was
