does anyone have info on uniswap getting regulated? seems like only a matter of time before the gov comes after them

Only the centralized frontend, built by Uniswap Labs, can be regulated.

The v1, v2 & v3 uniswap protocols are all fully decentralized,  running on chain. No one has any means to shut 'em down.

Fascinated by bottom-up self-organization facilitated by technological institutions. What will grow on top of the open state structure & web3 tech substrate?

imho only a matter of time, right now its just experimental tug of war. but the deployed software seems to work exceptionally well without downtime for anyone to build on top.

I’m not concerned about it working, more concerned about its regulated use for everyday consumers
