What 5-6 sources get you 90% of your information ā the staples you consume daily or almost daily? For me, not in order: Farcaster, Twitter, YouTube, WSJ, Marginal Revolution, Hacker News.

ct then the rest is just some derivative of search engine rabbitholes. ngl, most social feeds are entertainment-only.

same for any news aggregator, pretty all of it has low enough SNR that I just keep an eye out for breaking news, if anything sticks out I check it on multiple platforms for different angles. but otherwise it's a timesink.
