definitely high-variance, but this could be the catalyst for the next Manhattan Project (for good or ill). https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/04/advancing-artificial-intelligence-education-for-american-youth/ I hope they go beyond youth education and push postsecondary fablab. small commercial shops may not have capacity for blue sky manufacturing, and Radioshack was invaluable in retrospect.
