informal RFP(request for projects) for FarHack: what do you want to see built in the ecosystem?

this could be a frame idea, a new client, dev tools, or anything in between!!

note that we’ll be doing more of this going fwd, just throwing this up there informally since I’m curious what folks are thinking about :D

- builds on /frogfm & scaffold-eth (https://github.com/scaffold-eth/scaffold-eth-2)
- per the FIP-2 spec, casts to the root domain as the channel target
- per the frame specs, the cast provides an abstract, github, optional IPFS backup, & navigates into onchain actions.

would really like to see a standard boilerplate for deploying versioned onchain primitives and isolating a forum for exploring that version directly. additionally, treating the primitive frame as a "leaf" of other "onchain aggregator" frames.
