hm what's the best way for new larrytech to build on larry if they don't have a neynar score of > 0.9 any ideas?

are you considering ve-locker logic? i.e. some sort of stepping stone to quadratic vote (much more bullish if captive selling pressure). pure quadratic probably still needs neynar>9 or similar defense.
