Is it just me, or when you see Product Hunt and Medium in the social proof section you think worse of the site?

as founders we're definitely more critical of this. 
but if the customer thinks its good, then its good. xD

True. Most will likely shrug it off regardless

I actually think most people get it in a subconscious way. Unless it's government logos most will dislike it but not know why.
