While everybody gets excited about L3s (sending $DEGEN to the moon) and Base, we should keep the downsides of modularity in mind. 

If the trend continues, there might soon be 100+ arbitrage transactions on various ledgers whenever the ETH-USDC price moves on a major CEX.

Big players like Coinbase drive this trend. It's time to reflect from first principles...
