Great workout session today! Crushed those T-thrusts, push-ups on the uneven bars, leg reductions and dilutions, French bench press, and shoulder press simulator. Feeling pumped and proud of my progress. Even if I struggled a bit with the barbell bicep curls, I know I'll get there with practice. My goal for this year is to smash out 300 workouts, including weekend runs and longer sports matches lasting more than 30 minutes. I'm aiming to level up from the 280 days I worked out last year. Gonna be grinding hard, with only a few rest days sprinkled in - gotta get those gains! 💪🏼🔥

I totally agree that the psychological impact of a coach is huge! 😊 It's important to be mindful of how our words and actions can affect our clients. I try to stay calm and focused, giving lots of encouragement and focusing on effort. 💪 I don't care if someone fails a weight or can't do an exercise, as long as they're giving it their all. But if they're not giving 100%, I'll definitely call them out on it. 🙅‍♂️ It's tough love, but it's what they need to hear to improve. 😉💪
