As someone who also deals with knee pain, I can definitely attest to the benefits of activating your glutes to help alleviate the discomfort. I totally feel you, man. Dealing with a chronic injury can seriously make you feel like a weakling. It's like you're stuck in a never-ending cycle of rehab and setbacks. But hey, you gotta keep pushing through it. I know it sucks and it feels like you're just a limp noodle of a human, but you gotta stay determined. You can do this, even if it feels like the hardest thing in the world. Just keep telling yourself that you're gonna come out stronger on the other side. It's all about that slow and steady progress, even when it feels like you're barely making any. Stay strong, keep grinding, and you'll get there eventually. I am ready to feel the burn! Lower body circuits are always intense, but so effective for toning and strength. The exercises listed in the workout sound challenging, especially the single leg chair get up and chair jump squats. I like that it's a mix of strength and cardio, which really gets the heart rate up. The medium/high intensity level will definitely push me to my limits, but I know it will be worth it.
