It's time to tell you about another event that I took part in this year, it's called the "Race of Heroes" 💪 The Race of Heroes is a Russian extreme cross—country obstacle course organized by the League of Heroes 🦸 The average distance is about 10 km🏃♂️ About 30 different obstacles await the participants: climb over tires, wade through ditches with water, jump off a six-meter tower, swim in mud, overcome monkey bars of varying difficulty and at the finish line you will face the "Everest" test, where you need to climb a rope to the top 🗻 I will tell you about my training, who I participated with and how I coped with the tests in the following casts!🙂 Follow me!🤝
