Stocks have volatility, memes have volatility, secondary tokens (those on CEXs) have volatility, and another thing with volatility is "strategies/methods". An investment/trading strategy that remains effective long-term cannot possibly work on every asset. Such strategies are only suitable for specific assets and specific time periods, but crucially, they maintain long-term effectiveness.

The reason volatility exists is that there's no universal approach that works everywhere. If such a method existed, it would gradually be adopted by everyone, ultimately becoming "arbitraged" away until the strategy fails. Therefore, strategies characterized by volatility and inherent limitations are actually correct. Of course, this is merely a necessary condition.
