i'd love Farcaster to be a place of love and compassion, but i'll speak out because this is complete, toxic BS and i won't tolerate such behavior. some context: i grew up in Ukraine, prev. cofounded one of the largest crypto-native non-profits in Ukraine, contributing to help save 400k+ lives; been multiple times on the frontline, seen the realities of war, lost close people; 4 of my family members, including my father, defended and continuing to fight for freedom on the frontline. recently shared that i'm not contributing to meme/culture coin that doesn't even exist — to make it clear. i host /regen channel, not projects shared on it. and if i decide to donate retroactive rewards to support charities and saving lives, that's my decision. received a number of msgs — from ruzzians airdrop hunters, (!) living in ruzzia 💀 — about concerns around donating to Ukraine. it's so f sad to see fake 'regens' choosing spreading propaganda over being on the right side of history and choosing life.

I agree it was an overdose from my side, and sorry that it happened. I think it won’t take back what I have said, so I’m ready to hear a bunch of shaming messages toward my way, cause I deserve it in this concrete conversation. Not much but now I know there are groups of people who brag on bringing a war to a peaceful country of personal dislike of someone and contextually tell someone to shut up as otherwise they’ll bring a war there too. You haven’t made any counter-statements though, just apologized as if you’re called out publicly now and now you feel bad being attacked. Why would you not better address your feelings to someone who is behind /regen now? Or simply don’t talk this bs out and simply ask whatever you need without spreading anger. Not a /regen vibe imo.
