Disable on Mobile (iPhone): - Open Telegram - Select Settings in bottom right - Select Data and Storage - Select Using Cellular - Uncheck Auto-Download Media - Select Back - Select using Wi-Fi - Uncheck Auto-Download Media - Select Back
