What's with all of these 'Proof of ______' casts? Do people enjoy seeing these in their fitness feed? I don't get it.

we’re memetic creatures and we know it I haven’t posted any proof of workouts here, but I might because A) people may learn new technique, exercises, splits B) it may encourage people to go to the gym I also know that I am knowledgeable and use good form, so I would see it as adding signal in a lot of noise
