@ted I think you nailed it. I interviewed with Nike web3 a while back, they were pretty clear that they weren’t going for web3 per se, but maybe…web 2.5.

I think there was some old court case for a slip and fall lawsuit at XYZ Grocery, where the grocery won as it had documented record of all the booze the plaintiff bought, and used that against him.
